What the notification hook recorded (quotation requests nobody accepted within 7 days, requests for a manufacturer without a verified sales professional, requests closed as "no answer", requests a sales professional released, the payment provider's news, library gaps, datasheets to send, planner decisions, site deliveries and downloads). The checks run when this desk loads and once a day from the LaunchAgent. Urgent items are emailed at once (to you, or to the client the item is for); the rest waits for the daily summary, which is switched on after the launch (question 85). The Email column says what happened to each.

LIBRARY GAPS

A name a client asked about that the library does not hold (question 26). Add the system to the library, then mark the gap resolved: every client who asked to be told is notified (the email goes out with the notifications group).

DATASHEETS TO SEND
Datasheets waiting for you
Without a Resend sending key the site records each datasheet request (paid, after a downloaded tender or offer) and you email the manufacturer's PDF yourself, to the account's address only (questions 29-32). With the key set the site sends them and nothing appears here.

EDUCATION
Course grants
Open one course to one person for a limited time (for example an accreditation reviewer), or put a person from an organisation's list on the seats it paid for. Each grant is one seat: the person signs in on up to two devices, and the access ends on the date shown.

Site layout projects
The site projects of the orders that exist (the site layout order left the plans on 19 Oct 2026). Open a project to download the client's drawing and survey, then upload the drawing set and mark it delivered.

MRI Site Planner exports to review
Drawing packages clients made in the MRI Site Planner. Open the sheets, read the agent's draft, then decide: approve and approve with changes release the package (into the client's site project when they have one; attach the corrected file if you made one), reject keeps it locked and the client reads your reason. The reason goes to the client; the remarks are for the learning agent only (question 68). Clients are promised 24 hours (question 69).

Ratings
"Was this useful?" from every page, after each planner result and under each Advisor answer (question 82), grouped by page. Only you read them; nobody is answered (question 83). "May check" is the person's permission for you to look at what they rated. A rating about a course (a course page or the education page) that the person allowed you to use is shown on the education page as a learner's review, with the first name and organisation only; "Hide" takes it down, the row stays (20 Oct 2026).
